I started my "American Dream" when my family immigrated from Hong Kong right after my high school years with not much more than the clothes on our backs. As an immigrant, I understand that the only way to succeed is through hard work, dedication and perseverance. I was trained as a CPA, taught myself and became a database software developer, and have been driving sales and training in dental management software. I am empathetic and have been known to be a fierce customer advocate and a good listener. I have been personally involved in a variety of real estate transactions that touched on issues such as water rights, property line disputes, cloud on title, building permits, easements, septic, wells etc. Most of all, I look forward to meeting with you and working hard to make your dream come true.
