About Ian
Ian is a proud team member of the Exit Realty Group Ltd. serving clients in Prince Edward County and the Quinte Real Estate District.
Focused on serving residential clients, Ian draws on his in-depth experience base in residential, commercial, and investment real estate in the Greater Toronto and Vancouver areas.
Licensed as a real estate broker in 1985 (Toronto) and in 2003 (Vancouver), Ian followed his life-long passion of real estate. Ian believes that selling and buying homes is one of the privileges of a well experienced life and serving clients through to successful results is his joy and calling.
Ians client service experience and attitude are supplemented from dedicated professional and management business and education careers from many service-oriented companies and organizations including IBM Canada Ltd., and several Universities in Canada. Ian is a professional engineer (Industrial) (University of Toronto) and has an MBA, (Schulich School of Business).
Keen to explore all that his new community has to offer including his personal interests and hobbies (fishing, flying, photography, playing music, cycling, cooking, travel, technology), he knows that he will find kindred spirits along the way.
