Hello I am Ross Vander Laan. I am a Spirit Lake native and graduate. Being involved in construction and real estate my entire life (my father, a contractor and my mother, a realtor), I decided to attend Iowa State, where I studied Construction Engineering. After college, I started a construction company in the Ames area, where I served the Ames Community for 7 years.
After 10 years in Ames, My wife, Rachel, and I were blessed with our son Oliver. We decided it was time to leave Ames, and come back to the Lakes Area that we both love so much. Having a passion for anything home related, I decided that the next logical step in my career was to become a REALTOR®, and am really excited to be a part of the EXIT Realty Midwest team.
