My name is Chris Raddatz and I have lived in the West Long Branch, Monmouth County area for the past 25 years. After a rewarding career in Information Technology, I wanted to give back to the community which has served our family so well. I am proud to assist buyers and sellers with real estate properties in the entire state of New Jersey but focusing on Monmouth and Ocean counties, specifically in Little Silver, Oceanport, Ocean Township, Eatontown and West Long Branch.
These counties have 11 of the top 15 highest property value town increases last year. I am proud to be part of the Monmouth and Ocean Realtors organization which keeps me up to date on activities happening within these counties, which I use to inform my buyers and sellers about the latest news in the real estate market.
I decided to become a real estate agent and join EXIT Realty East Coast since I enjoy helping people find their perfect home from 1st time buyers, to people that want to move into bigger spaces or downsize at the Jersey Shore. I worked for the #1 Real Estate development group in NYC, Related Companies for ten years. I was also part of the West Long Branch Zoning Board of Adjustment which helped me learn more about real estate and how local zoning laws impact people. I understand the entire process from listings, selling, buying, inspections and mortgage programs.

I have always lived on the east coast where I grew up in Long Island, NY and moved to New Jersey in 1980. My wife Karen and I settled in West Long Branch where she is originally from and raised our daughter. We know and enjoy this community very much and it is a great area to raise a family. Karen and I enjoy traveling and I am an avid bowler and golfer.
