I'm Lance Sims, a dedicated Realtor®, ABR, RENE, SFR with EXIT Realty Crutcher, serving the Central Kentucky area since December 2020. With over four years of experience, I've had the privilege of assisting clients from diverse backgrounds in achieving their real estate goals.

A little bit about me:
I'm a lifelong resident of Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, with deep roots in this community. Before becoming a Realtor, I spent 19 years in management position at a local factory. I'm happily married, and we have two wonderful children who keep me on my toes, along with our dogs, Carly and Daisy. Our family loves the outdoors, especially camping in and around Kentucky.
