 I grew up in the south west suburb of Chicago in DuPage County. Over the years Ive watched my community grow into a great place to live, play and raise a family. My Real Estate Business will center around helping individuals and families find their perfect home.  I specialize in the areas of Woodridge, Downers Grove, Bolingbrook and the surrounding towns. My EXIT Redefined Team handles all of Chicagoland. 

 

 A lot of people ask me why real estate? My passion has always been in real estate, I've always enjoyed looking at all the different homes. Making dreams for buyers, sellers and investors motivates me every day.   

 

Now I know what you are thinking, Joao, you are new to the business, No worries I am part of a team.  My team leader will be guiding and helping me with my deals. In the last several years the team has closed over 100 transactions for residential and commercial sales.  I am also supported by my Exit Redefined Family, extensive training, mentoring, and support is why I joined EXIT.   

 

I also chose EXIT Realty because they have a giving back philosophy.  To date EXIT International has pledged over 5.5 million dollars to local charities. My office EXIT Realty Redefined supports a lot of charities as well.  They include Habitat of Humanity, Wish Upon a Rescue and Naperville and Lake County Responds to Veterans just to name a few.  

 

Originally from Brazil, my Mom and I immigrated here when I was 5. I attended school at Downers Grove South High school and went to College of Dupage. I enjoy living in the local community. I often go on long bike rides and visit local parks.
