About Arti
Hi there! My name is Arti Intwala and I am a licensed REALTOR® practicing in the greater Columbia area where I specialize in assisting individuals purchasing/selling homes in Lexington, Columbia, West Columbia, Irmo, North East Columbia, Chapin, and Gilbert.
I work for EXIT Real Estate Consultants and we have been in the business for more than twelve years. Here at EXIT REC, we pride ourselves in building lasting relationships and investing in our clients’ long-term vision and need.
Passion, dedication, and strong work ethic describes who I am. Born in India and raised in South Carolina, I was able to appreciate both worlds and establish my roots in the greater Columbia area for more than thirty years. After graduating from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science, I began my career in academic research then pharmaceutical sciences.
In today’s fast paced society, I found myself at a crossroads between my career and passion. With much internal courage and my family’s love & support, my passion of Real Estate has come true!
