My name is Dan Emery and I
was born in Royal Oak, Michigan. In 1992, I graduated from Wolverine
High School in Wolverine Michigan, which is a very small town even to this
day. The following year I moved down to Port Charlotte, Florida and began
working in the automotive repair industry. In 1996, just before my first son
was born, I changed careers and began working in the tile
flooring/construction industry, although I still do all my own vehicle repairs.
My second son was born in 2009, and shortly thereafter, I started my own
business and have diligently worked as the owner and operator of Piece
By Piece Flooring, LLC for many years. Since 2012, I have lived in
Sarasota, where most of my wifes family has lived for generations. Using
my 20+ years of experience in the construction industry, I have helped
homeowners bring their imagination and dreams to reality in their own
homes. I am excited to now take those skills and apply them to the field of
real estate. I look forward to helping individuals like you become
homeowners and enjoy beautiful Sarasota and surrounding areas. I look
forward to helping current homeowners buy and sell their homes or to
