Darcie Carlton is the owner of EXIT Realty Harper Carlton Group and a licensed REALTOR® serving buyers and sellers throughout Arkansas and Missouri. Before beginning her career in real estate, Darcie spent 26 years as a registered nurse, where she developed the compassion, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills that continue to serve her clients today.

Alongside her husband, Toma, Darcie followed a dream of opening an EXIT Realty franchise built on strong relationships, integrity, and a family-first culture. After spending more than a decade on the Gulf Coast, they chose Northwest Arkansas as the place to grow both their business and their roots. Today, they are proud to help clients across the region while mentoring agents to build successful and fulfilling careers.

With years of experience helping buyers, sellers, and investors, Darcie is known for her honest communication, strong negotiation skills, and commitment to making every transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible. Giving back is one of the most important parts of Darcie's life. She is actively involved with Onesimus Children's Development Association and regularly travels to Ethiopia on mission trips, where she supports vulnerable children and families through sponsorships, outreach projects, and hands-on service. These experiences have deepened her passion for serving others and continue to shape the way she approaches both her business and her life.

When she's not helping clients, Darcie enjoys hiking, photography, spending time with family, and exploring everything that makes Northwest Arkansas such a wonderful place to call home.
