About Tina
Christina “Tina” Verstrate is a Broker Associate with EXIT Global Realty, serving clients from Flagler to Marion counties and from Brevard to Polk counties, with a strong focus on Seminole and Orange. Having lived in the Greater Orlando area for most of the past 30 years, she offers powerful local insight paired with national and global reach through her advanced education and CIPS network.
Licensed since 2019 and backed by 20 years of real estate investment experience, Tina specializes in guiding investors, military and VA families, first-time homebuyers, seasoned buyers and sellers, and those engaged in commercial real estate transactions. As a military spouse with firsthand experience navigating PCS orders, corporate relocations, and multi-state moves, she provides steady, informed, and practical guidance through every phase of the buying and selling process.
