My Name is R.J. Tapia I have been an Agent now for 8 years Born in San Jose and moving to Modesto at age 13. This has helped  me by not only assisting clients in my local market but also assisting clients in the bay area.  Getting into this industry my focus was not just selling your home or selling a home but was educating clients on the process and walking them through the steps  This has allowed growth in my business to greater levels my first full year as a licensed agent I was nominated by my broker to receive the rising star award which was selling over 12 homes in my first year, since then i was able to receive the Central valley association of realtor award called the masters club award over 5 million in sales since that first year and now am a life time member recipient. Although these are great achievements my best one yet is handing keys to families breaking cycles and changing lives.
