Hi! My name is Melanie Greer and I am Broker/Owner of EXIT Realty Legacy Group.

My passion for business began as an Alumni of Mississippi State University with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing (2012). My professional experience includes extensive sales and marketing. I furthered my education at Mississippi College by earning my Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA- 2021). I have a passion for business and helping others find success through investments and real estate.

I am a licensed real estate broker and service the Great State of Mississippi! In the Jackson Metropolitan area, I am your local real estate expert! Serving primarily Madison, Rankin, and Hinds counties. As a native of Clinton, MS and a current resident of Madison, MS; I understand your needs first-hand as a buyer or seller in the Metro area.
