About Precious
Precious A. Nix, is a native of Plantersville, Alabama a small town right on the cusp of Selma. During her early years, Nix was educated in the Dallas County School system. After graduating from Dallas County High School, she attended Stillman College in Tuscaloosa, where she earned her Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration in just three years. Her educational growth did not stop there. After graduating, Nix continued her educational pursuit at the University of Phoenix; there she obtained a Masters in Business Administration.
After settling into a post collegiate career, Nix felt the need to again further her education, and she enrolled in Amridge University to complete a Master of Science Degree in Human Services and Leadership Management. Currently, Nix is an Interdisciplinary Studies Doctoral student at Amridge University. During all of the educational quests, Nix maintained steady employment with the State of Alabama, where she has been employed for 11 years. Currently, she holds the title of Program Specialist.
Being a person that always seeks out and sets new goals, Nix recently received her Real Estate Salesperson License and joined the EXIT Royal Realty Team. Her passion for Real Estate was born in 2014 when she and her husband purchased their first home in Thorsby; they reside there with their two children. The process and rewarding feeling of purchasing a home is a feeling that Nix wanted to help others achieve.
For fun, The Nix Family enjoys spending time with their extended family and traveling.
Above all, Nix is God fearing, energetic, determined, passionate and dedicated to fulfilling the real estate needs of all clients.
