Vernada Williams

Vernada Williams brings over 34 years of professional full-time Real Estate experience to her leadership role at EXIT First Realty.  Her 15+ years as Broker/Owner at EXIT First Realty are preceded by 13 years as Broker of Record at one of the largest Re Max franchises in North America, winning numerous awards for office production and number of agents.  

 

Vernada is a Certified Mentor with the Brian Buffini Real Estate Training Systems, and a Charter Member of the United Realists of Prince George's County, Maryland Chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Professionals (NAREB).  She has received numerous awards for personal production and extensive leadership and industry training.  She is Past President of the Executive Council of the EXIT Realty Mid-Atlantic Region.

 

Vernada was born and raised in Washington, D.C. and as a second generation Washingtonian, is very active in the community.  She is a Professional Real Estate Consultant with experience that has contributed to hundreds of satisfied clients and customers, many of whom have used her services for multiple transactions and have referred family and friends.
