About Louis
My name is Louis Carter, III, CEO and Partner of EXIT Realty Digital, an independently owned and operated real estate firm, serving the community of Chester, Virginia, and surrounding counties.
At Exit Realty Digital, I am responsible for the daily operation, overseeing the main office with billing, office staffing, and equipment. I assist the Real Estate Principal Broker, Realtors, and the Admin with the daily tasks of running the firm.
After high school, I went on to get my associate, bachelor and master?s degrees. This education allowed me to land employment with a financial institution for many years. While working for the financial institution as an account manager, I helped others obtain financing, and get ahead of their open accounts. My customers were grateful that I was there to help them and point them in the right directions.
Throughout my financial career, I?ve been fortunate to receive many certificates of awards and was even celebrated as a top closer in every department that I worked in. This has given me the necessary tools to help grow EXIT Realty Digital to its full potential.
My special interests include spending time with family & showing our two boys the world through travel. Watching sports and playing basketball are my all time favorite things to do.
A friend once said, ?Louis still has every cent that he has ever made since third grade?. Although that is not true, I have been able to help my friends with real estate by directing them to my broker and team of realtors.
