About Candia
Candia (Candi) Rozell is a Tennessee native from Cumberland County. She has lived in Nashville since 1985 and has witnessed the city go thru many changes. Before moving to Nashville at age 12, she lived in South Florida for 5 years. It was the move to Florida that brought out her love for architecture and historical homes/landmarks. If you ask her, she would tell you that her parents moving to Florida as a child was one of the best things to ever happen. It gave her a chance to broaden from a sleepy town like Crossville to a diverse population filled with fun and excitement. Her desire is to retire in Florida one day. In Nashville, since graduating, she has worked in healthcare for 28 years while having a secret love of real estate. She has since turned that desire into reality. When she isn't working, she is spending time with her husband, 3 crazy cats and their extended family.
