My name is Dustin Dudash and I have been living and working in Florida all my life. I am specifically well-acquainted with the Southern Florida area including: Sarasota Manatee and Charlotte Counties. With a focus on, Lakewood Ranch, as well as Venice and Naples. It has been my experience that these areas offer home compatibility for people from all walks of life. I am specifically passionate about connecting with first-time home buyers and families but I have plenty of knowledge and time to offer those in search of a condo on the beach or an apartment downtown.

          I began working for EXIT Realty following the birth of my son of this year (2021). EXIT Realty has proven to be home to an excellent and motivated staff ready and willing to help our clients achieve all of their home-buying needs. We are equipped with instant access to all things real estate including but not limited to: Multiple Listing Services, public record searches, and lead-generation systems. Collectively, we are absolutely dedicated to helping people find homes they love while providing expertise in title know-how and tax ramifications- things that tend to become major stressors for buyers. We are always ready and willing to answer questions and assist clients in their home-purchasing endeavors. A little bit about Dustin Dudash: 

          As a true Florida native, it is only natural that I cherish and appreciate our gorgeous beaches and natural landscapes. I can remember spending sunsets out on Siesta Key Beach with my mom and brother more times than I can count. I can still smell the freshly mowed grass of my childhood home in Myakka. I met my wife in Sarasota and we had our first baby at Sarasota Memorial Hospital- the same hospital my wife and I were both born at! Florida to me, represents not just a beautiful place to vacation (although it is at the top of many people’s vacation bucket lists) but home, family, success and happiness as well.  

         It is my goal to help others find their own plot of paradise so they too can experience Florida’s radiant beauty.
