About Kristina
I am a 5th generation New Smyrna Beach/Edgewater resident and 7th generation Floridian on my father’s side. I know this area very well. I also own a house that is close to being 150 years old. I feel that affords me valuable insight into how older homes were built and how to restore one.
I have helped my husband to run two service industry businesses throughout the past 30 years, starting with his DJ Business where we supplied music for special occasions and weddings, to the business we have owned and operated for the past 15 years, a carpet and upholstery, tile and grout cleaning business. I also worked for the Volusia County School Board for 4 years. When we bought our house, we also took care of my elderly mother-in-law and raised two wonderful children. I love this town and hope to find the perfect house for my customers, so that they will love it as much as I do!
