About Melvin
Raised in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, Melvin Maltez is the eldest son of 4 boys. In 2001, Melvin moved to New Jersey to start a new life. Fluent in English and Spanish now he has dedicated his last 17 years serving buyers and sellers to reach their Real Estate goals. Melvin is knowledgeable about various areas in New Jersey, his business is not limited to one area however most of his clients have concentrated in Union County where he has spent most of his Real Estate career.
Melvin Maltez is constantly educating himself in Real Estate, he strongly believes that to provide his clients with the best guidance when buying or selling a property, knowledge and experience are the best tools. He has extensive experience working with residential properties, short sale properties as well as bank owned properties. As a Residential General Contractor for the last 10 years, Melvin has also demonstrated success. His construction knowledge has been helpful to his Real Estate clients identifying possible issues when buying or selling a house.
