I have been advising and assisting in real estate in the Black Hills of South Dakota for over three years. I am an associate broker, but I have increased my knowledge and developed the skills to earn my own Broker's license. I love all aspects of real estate, but my passion is helping first-time home buyers and sellers make their first purchase smooth and straightforward. I thoroughly enjoy being their guide and being with them every step of the way as they walk a path they had not previously traveled. I have committee experience at our local Realtors association. Kenny Alexander was born and raised in Rapid City, SD; I have a wholehearted, personal attachment to the Black Hills. This has always been home, and I intend on it always being home. I worked in customer service for over 16 years and developed the skills necessary to talk to people, but most importantly, I became a servant leader. I believe real estate is not about the transaction. Real estate is not a property business; real estate is a people business; it is about relationships; buying and selling real estate is just the tool we use to touch people. I was married to my wife, Mandy, in 2012. We have two beautiful kids together, one little boy and one little girl. They are everything to me and have become my reason for serving clients.

When I first bought my home in 2019, my experience with my real estate agent was less than acceptable. The problem was that I did not know what I did not know. After we moved into our home, and I was made aware of all the things that were handled wrong during the life of the transaction, I decided I didn't want that to happen to anyone else. Fast forward a year, and I had my real estate license in hand and promised myself that I would do everything in my power to keep people from having the same experiences that I did.

I have a straightforward mission, to provide my clients with an extraordinary real estate transaction experience inspired by integrity. I accomplish this mission by achieving my six goals. Those goals are to guide the lost, educate the confused, ease the anxious, calm the scared, give confidence to the hesitant and turn skeptics into believers. My vision is to bring communities together by facilitating homeownership dreams while never compromising my core values.
