Genice Bailey is a Realtor with EXIT Real Estate Solutions. She is a native of South Carolina. She is a graduate of Benedict College and the University of South Carolina receiving her Bachelor's and Master's degree in Social Work from these outstanding institutions. After working in a non-profit for over 20-years, she wanted to take a different approach to serving others by joining the real estate industry.

Since her transition her extensive background in Social work has equipped her with invaluable skills that she seamlessly integrates into her role in real estate. With a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and a positive attitude, she is dedicated to ensuring her clients receive top-notch service.
