She used her tech-savviness to create systems using Excel to maintain clear communication. Surma's warm nature and helpful demeanor created a sense of comfort for clients to seek her assistance and answer questions.
Surma is a dedicated, kind-hearted, determined professional who puts people's best interest first, ensuring they are pleased with any transaction. She finds joy in knowing that she can help others professionally and personally. When Surma is not working, she volunteers and spends time with her friends and family.
