My name is Kessy Dalton and I am an Associate Broker with EXIT Realty Home & Ranch located in Durango, CO. I serve the Southwest Colorado region (including Bayfield, Pagosa Springs, Mancos, Cortez, Ignacio and surrounding areas).

I believe ongoing education is the most important resource for any real estate professional which is why I am apart of these associations: YPOD (Young Professionals of Durango), Durango Chamber of Commerce, NAR (National Association of REALTORS®), CAR (Colorado Association of REALTORS®), DAAR (Durango Area Association of REALTORS®) 

Designations & Certifications:
PSA Certification: Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) is a REALTOR® certification for specialists pricing properties accurately, working with appraisers, and guiding clients confidently through the market.

ABR Designation: The Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation is for real estate buyer's agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home-buying process. 

AHWD Certification: At Home with Diversity® (AHWD) certification is designed to enable brokers to work successfully with and within a rapidly changing multicultural market. Helping brokers to learn diversity sensitivity, how it applies to U.S. fair housing laws in your business, and ways to develop professional guidelines for working with people in the increasingly multicultural real estate market.

RSPS Certification: Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) is a REALTOR® certification for specialists in buying and selling resort and second home properties.

A little bit about me:

Originally from Farmington, New Mexico, I studied Music Performance and Music Education at Eastern New Mexico University in Portales, New Mexico. Durango, Colorado was where I found love. Love in myself, my community, and nature. Now I have decided that my goal is to share this picturesque town and truly help people integrate into our community. Making the process as quick and easy as possible.
