Trish Fougere

Well, hello there!  I am Trish Fougere and I'm so glad you're here. Thanks for taking a moment to learn a little more about me, it means a lot to me!

A little background on my professional history, in February 2026 I retired from Jazz Aviation LP., after a 37 year fantastic career in the head office in Enfield, NS.  For the last 20 years at Jazz, my role was as a Strategic Contract Manager.  In this role I was responsible for creating and issuing Request for Proposals (RFPs) for various widespread goods and services,  Thereafter selecting the successful candidate my role moved to negotiating and writing terms and conditions of contracts/agreements valued in the multi million dollar range.  Some of the projects I had worked on were extremely high profile, deadline driven with milestones that allowed me to also act as project manager at times.  Working under pressure, tight deadlines and a heavy workload is what I have been accustomed to for more than three decades.  I can multitask with ease.  I am highly motivated, and extremely outgoing.  

My passion for real estate came long before I became a Realtor with Nova Scotia Association of Realtors (NSAR).  I had always known that when the timing was right in my life, I would become a Realtor.  In my first four years, I still worked at Jazz and juggled both professions.  However, 2026 became the year where I made the decision to focus all my energy on real estate.  Purchasing a property, for most of us, is the biggest purchase in our lifetime.  It gives me a deep sense of purpose and warms my heart to assist and guide others during this most important process/transaction.

I am dedicated to providing a strong foundation of professionalism, integrity and customer focused service, whether you are the seller or a buyer of a property.  There is no stone I will not overturn for my customer during a property transacation.  I have actually done things to help the Realtor on the other side of a deal if it helps facilitate the transaction with ease for both sides.  Full disclosure, I have an excellent broker to assist my customer's (if required) to obtain mortgage approvals, if it can be done.  Also, I have a network of trusted inspectors that range from the home, well, water and septic inspections.  I'm constantly walking beside my customer's on a daily basis, keeping our conditions (to-do's) on track so that we do not miss any important milestones.  I am dedicated to providing excellent service in my real estate career, as in this business the most profound assets I can possess will be the respect and trust of each and every customer of mine.

On the personal side; I am a volunteer in the community and have done and do so for the Halifax Mooseheads, Big Brothers & Big Sisters and The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Volunteering is important to me.  It’s a beautiful compensation when helping others helps fill my own tank with gratitude and happiness!
