Hey there, 

I've just become a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and have affiliated with Exit Realty Metro.  

I'm enthusiastic and excited to join the real estate profession and I wanted to take a moment to reach out and share this exciting news with you. My commitment to run my business through referrals starts with my friends and family members who I am comfortable in believing would refer me to other friends and families in your circle.

To share some of my personal and professional history, I will start with my current carrer.  Currently I am employed with Jazz Aviation LP.  This year marks my 34th year, having started in the summer of 1989 when it was originally "Air Nova".  During my many roles over the years, the last 17 years I have been in our contracts department.  In this role I create and issue Request for Proposals (RFPs) for various widespread goods and services.  After the bids are received, my role is to evaluate them, select the successful candidate, negotiate and work closely with our legal counsel to ultimately complete an executed agreement between both parties. 

Working under pressure, tight deadlines and a heavy workload is what I have been accustomed to for more than 3 decades.  I have the knack to multitask with ease.  I am highly motivational, extremely outgoing and do not require any micromanaging.  However, everyone requires assistance and I am one of the first to ask for help. I am a valued employee and well respected by my peers and colleagues.  My dedication is proven on a daily basis.

I am a volunteer in the community and have done and do so for the Halifax Mooseheads, Big Brothers & Big Sisters and The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. 

Clients who are looking to sell their home or purchase a home may question why work with someone 'new' in the business when they can work with someone who has years of experience.  The answer is simply this; all great REALTORS® start at the beginning while learning the business with the guidance of their successful professional team members they are surrounded by.  Regardless on what your inquiries is, if I do not have the answer, I will get you the answer and follow up in a timely manner.  

I will strive to provide dedicated and excellent service is my real estate career, as in this business the most profound assets I can possess will be the respect and trust of each and every client.
