Jessica Cannelora is a lifelong Mississippi Gulf Coast resident and has been a licensed real estate agent since 2016. She began her career in property management, gaining hands-on experience through inspections, walkthroughs, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations. That role gave her a strong foundation in problem-solving and client service.

 

In 2022, Jessica joined EXIT Realty Heart Properties, where she has worked closely alongside her broker while processing and supporting hundreds of transactions. From simple closings to highly complex deals, she has been directly involved in the behind the scenes work that protects clients and ensures smooth transactions.

 

This daily exposure to broker-level problem solving has given Jessica a rare depth of insight into what makes transactions successful. In recognition of her dedication and impact, she was named Administrator of the Year for EXIT Realty South Central Region in 2024.
