My name is Dawn Fahrlender, and Lubbock is my hometown. I returned to Lubbock 20 years ago and the growth that was blossoming in my youth, is continuing to flourish. My goal is to help buyers find the perfect home, or help sellers realize the most profit in the shortest time period for their home. This includes preparing the home for the market, and "showing off" the home with marketing. 

I earned my Real Estate license in 2019, and since retiring from teaching math, have sought to learn as much as possible to serve you. My degree is from Texas Tech University. My broker, Exit of Lubbock, was started in 2007. We follow the example set by EXIT Realty Corp. International which has re-invented real estate by providing training in all areas including the expansive technology available to us. They also provide individual, as well as group guidance to build our business practices and recruiting opportunities. Exit of Lubbock is involved in Habitat for Humanity each year, helping to give a new home to a local family in need, chosen by Habitat for Humanity. 

My husband and I reside in Lubbock, and are kept busy, and entertained, by our 2 dogs, camping, gardening, and working in the yard. We enjoy visiting family and friends both locally and around the state and country. We are involved in a local church, and have made many lasting friends, and clients, from that body of believers.
