Charles E. “Chuck” Bowling Sr., Ed.S, MRP, is a Realtor and Commercial Real Estate Development Analyst with EXIT® Magnolia Coast Realty, specializing in residential, commercial, and industrial development projects across the Mississippi Gulf Coast. A U.S. Navy veteran and 100% Disabled American Veteran, Chuck brings discipline, strategy, and a service-driven approach to both education and real estate.

With over 25 years as an educator, coach, and mentor, Chuck has taught Earth & Space Science, coached varsity athletics, and guided students toward success in and beyond the classroom. He holds a B.S. in Geography, an M.S. in Physical Geography with a graduate minor in Geology, and an Educational Specialist degree Ed.S from the University of Southern Mississippi.

In real estate, Chuck combines deep local knowledge with strong analytical skills in site selection, traffic and demographic analysis, tenant engagement, and municipal coordination. He is currently leading a high-profile proposal to bring Publix Super Markets to D’Iberville, Mississippi, a project that underscores his ability to connect national retailers with local communities while advancing regional economic growth.
