Patricia (Pat) Gwaltney joins Exit Deluxe Realty Group's National Harbor Office as a salesperson after being a referral agent for the past 15 years. She obtained her real estate license in 2003. Her passion is to create opportunities for people to obtain their dreams of home ownership and to achieve financial goals through real estate investing.
Pat also has decades of experience in contract negotiations and has leveraged her knowledge to educate and help buyers and sellers through their real estate transactions.
Pat has earned a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University and an Associate Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University.
