About Just
“Hello, I’m Grace Hudson-Plummer, and I’ve proudly called Southwest Riverside County and now North County San Diego my home for over 40 years. During this time, I’ve had the incredible joy of raising a family, which includes two wonderful children, a bonus son, and seven beautiful grandchildren, who are the light of my life.
My journey in real estate began over 23 years ago, and from day one, I fell in love with the industry. My driving passion has always been to connect with people and help them achieve their dreams of homeownership. There’s nothing quite like the feeling of seeing the excitement in my clients’ eyes when they discover the value I can bring to their home selling needs or when I help them find that perfect dream home. It’s a source of immense happiness for me.
I specialize in the enchanting Southwest Riverside County and North County San Diego areas of Southern California, with a particular focus on the breathtaking Temecula Wine Country and its surroundings areas. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to assist countless sellers in obtaining the highest possible prices for their homes and buyers in securing their dream home at the best possible prices. I attribute this success to my unwavering dedication, deep market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and the personal connections I establish with each and every client.
I’ve recently returned “Home” to EXIT Realty, drawn by their exceptional training and local market expertise. With offices across the country and Canada. I can now share my listings with tens of thousands of agents nationwide. However, what truly won my heart is the company’s values, ethics, and generous spirit.
You can find me at EXIT Alliance Realty, just outside the historic Old Town Temecula office, and I can’t wait to meet you here. Throughout my career, I’ve been honored with prestigious awards in our industry, including the Platinum and Diamond Circle of Excellence Awards, and I’ve consistently been recognized as a top agent in California. In addition to these accolades, I hold various certifications and expertise, such as CDPE and SFR designations for short sale expertise, and advanced certifications for REO (bank-owned homes).
My commitment to all my clients is simple: I will always have your best interests at heart, not my own. With over $400million in real estate sales and more than 650 happy clients, whom I deeply cherish, I’m eager to help you realize your dreams of selling or buying your home. I look forward to connecting with you soon.”
