Arianna Eugenio

Arianna Newcomb was born and raised in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. She has spent time living in many different regions of the Greater Spokane Area, enjoying all the recreation and beauty it has to offer - making her equipped to provide a unique understanding of the area. 

Arianna has had a passion for real estate and building lifelong relationships her entire life. Growing up she would tour homes with her mom who has been a top-performing agent for 15+ years, gaining first-hand experience from one of the best! She is eager to provide an outstanding experience for her clients, never settling for anything less than great! Which is why she chose to become a part of the EXIT Real Estate Professionals team. Their mission and values, along with their training, professional care and concern for their clients allows all to feel like they are family. 

Her 4+ years working in the marketing, sales, and communication field has given her the tools to be successful. Arianna graduated from Eastern Washington University, where she earned a Master?s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Global Management. Prior to this she earned a B.A. in Marketing from San Jose State University, where she competed on the NCAA Division I Indoor and Beach Volleyball Teams. Spending time away from Spokane taught her that there truly is no place like home!

In her spare time, she enjoys hiking with her Goldendoodle Murphy, playing and coaching volleyball, being a part of the Life Center community and all outdoor activities this four-season wonderland has to offer.
