Leah Hatfield Dickert is the Principal Broker and Owner of EXIT Noble Realty Group, established in August of 2022. Originating in southern middle Tennessee, Leah has a great respect for the area and takes pride in being able to help those who also love the area with the gift of ownership as well as sharing the information she's learned with other agents. Being licensed over seven years and having been to the closing table for around 400 properties, Leah has had the benefit of seeing a variety of real estate transactions and been able to learn from the diversity of each. "No two transactions are exactly the same," states Leah. "In addition to the differences in the properties, there are always differences in personalities of the clients, different reasons why they are buying or selling and there are so many differences in lenders and professionals in this industry that we must always be educated about the areas that we work and how real estate moves and changes." Leah brings a plethora of knowledge to the table which she readily shares with the agents who have chosen to be EXIT Noble Realty Group and all of the sellers and buyers who choose to hire our agents. "Everyone should be abreast to what is happening with their money. They have the power to decide how and when to spend it [money] and on what. Our clients need to know they are the reason why we do what we do. We strive to make THEIR experience the best we possibly can." By working together with experienced, trusted and proven service providers, Leah is able to help guide buyers and sellers to find lenders, title and escrow companies, repair persons, surveyors and other trusted professionals who will work together with our agents to achieve the common goal. She, also, stands up for her clients and agents because "everyone needs someone in their corner," Leah states. "I don't tell customers what they want to hear. I give them black and white information and do my best to make sure they understand the reasoning behind the analysis I give or the stance I take. I prefer to live by the Golden Rule treating everyone as I want to be treated."

Leah hails from the one traffic light town of Lynchburg, population 6,500 for the entire county of Moore. Her parents, Larry and Nancy Hatfield, also grew up in the area making Leah's resource reach broader and wider. Leah married Ryan Dickert in 2011. They have two little boys, Conor and Rowen, they are raising on their farm housing a few cows, some goats and one special Australian Shepard, Leo.

In addition to having the Broker endorsement on her real estate license, Leah has been certified with the National Association of Realtors as a professional Accredited Buyer Representative in addition to being certified At Home With Diversity. She is a member of the Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors and Tennessee Association of Realtors. EXIT Noble Realty Group is a member of the Tullahoma Chamber of Commerce and Metro Moore County Chamber of Commerce. Beyond memberships in professional organizations, EXIT Noble Realty Group is setting a standard of community involvement with their community give-back events that provide a service for the members of the community while also bringing funds or supplies to local charities.
