Omisha Ward

I am Omisha "Misha" Ward, a Birmingham, Alabama native and Associate Broker with EXIT MelRose Realty. I have a passion for helping people achieve their dream of homeownership and providing guidance throughout one of life’s biggest decisions.

My background includes 19 years as a Social Worker, helping families and military veterans secure housing throughout Birmingham and the surrounding areas. That experience gave me an in-depth understanding of the local housing market while allowing me to build relationships with property management professionals and real estate brokerages. I earned my Bachelor's degree from The University of Alabama.

As a member of the experienced team at EXIT MelRose Realty, I work with buyers, sellers, and investors in Birmingham and surrounding areas. My experience helping families and military veterans find housing inspired me to specialize in assisting first-time homebuyers and veterans. My goal is to make the process as smooth and rewarding as possible.

I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, gardening, and giving back to the community through volunteer work with several organizations in the Birmingham area.
