Purchasing your first home can be an intimidating process. Selling your home can be daunting as well. I am so excited to be a part of the Exit Realty Cahaba Team where we strive to make the buying and selling process seamless, stress free and fun. I have their guidance, trust and encouragement at my back and that is invaluable to me. I carry that confidence with me through every transaction. 

 

I am proud to be brokered by Exit Realty. Exit is an International Corporation that has been focused on a people first business model since 1996 and that is exaclty what we aim to provide. As a Realtor, my goal is to take all the stressful aspects of the real estate transaction and make them easy and enjoyable for my clients. We will move through the process efficiently, confidenlty and together. 

 

I have taken the skills and knowledge of working in the Education field and applied those to my real estate career. Being detailed oriented and organized are not only useful in the classroom and home but very important when writing and reading contracts. Active listening skills are essential when we meet and begin the process of searching for your new home. And most importantly, humor! The process can be so intense that some levity is much needed. 

 

When I am not working with clients, I am raising my two kids with my husband, Matt. We have lived in the Greater Birmingham area for a combined 7 years and counting, with much of our extended family in the area as well. My two kids, Jack and Eleanor, keep us busy with sporting activities and play dates.  We enjoy being outside at the pool, beach, exploring nature trails and camping. We are big sports fans and enjoy, not only, watching our kids play but the success of all of the teams in Alabama as well. 

 

It is not lost on me that you could choose any number of Realtors to help you through this transaction. But what I can promise, is that you are more than a transaction to me.
