Success is measured by character and drive. My name is John DeFeo and I have lived in the Gloucester Township now for over two years. I am very familiar with this township and all neighboring townships as well. Over the last few years, this community has grown so much, and I am proud to be an essential part of it. I participate in numerous fund-raisers and community service to help improve the area for our children. I have a loving, caring finance and two wonderful children who continue to drive me to success each and every day. Furthermore, I treat everyone I deal with like family. Family is huge to my heritage, Italian. I am proud to assist buyers and sellers in the area, with each job done gaining another member of my family?. 

I specialize in helping first time buyers find the perfect house for them. The market can be challenging to work through right now, but helping in each and every step is key. I enjoy playing with my kids, barbecuing for friends, attending community activities and sports events, and working hard for clients.  I grew up in South Philadelphia and lived there until I was 27 years old. South Philadelphia truly shaped me into the person that I am now. Anyone who grew up, lived or visited knows how south Philadelphia can make you into a rough and tough person. My fiancé (Jeanine) and I love sitting out by the fire, Disney work trips, and helping homeless animals find homes. We are caring, loving people who will always help someone in need.
