Having lived in Family Military Housing in Oscoda, a beautiful ranch in East Tawas, an amazing 120-acre farm on the Pine River in the Huron National Forest, Ann Arbor, East Lansing, East Grand Rapids, Mt. Pleasant, a home in South Lansing, and finally our current home here in Charlotte, has given me great perspective to Michigan living and what it has to offer.

For new buyers, I have personal experience in “First Time Buyers Programs”. After being told by family and friends, that we wouldn't be able to buy a house at 22 years of age. We bought our first Home anyways, with zero money down, after researching and finding one of these programs. These programs are meant to help families to get established, and grow communities. Ten years later our "Right Investment" blessed us with the ability to buy our incredible Home in Charlotte with 10 acres of land and a pole barn!
