About Ivan
As a resident of the Hudson Valley for the last 13 years, I have a deep understanding of the local market. Originally from The Bronx, my family and I moved up to the Hudson Valley for a better quality of life, and that’s exactly what we got. Raising our two children here and being involved in several community endeavors has allowed me to hone my market expertise.
My mission is to enrich lives through Home Ownership. I accomplish this goal by providing exceptional value to my clients. I am a member of the Dutchess County Association of Realtors (DCAR), New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
