My name is Romona Dancz and I assist home buyers, sellers and investors throughout Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte counties. Most of my emphasis is placed in Venice, Nokomis, Osprey, North Port and Englewood. 

I married my wonderful husband right out of high school. We have two sons in the military who are married and two wonderful sons. They have been serving in the Army Reserves and Air Force for over 15 years.  In our early 30’s, we bought our first business! Customer service was our priority. We have owned several successful businesses for over 23 years. What started out as serving dipping ice-cream and making pizzas eventually led to owning gas/convenience stores and finally, to owning lake front rentals on Chippewa Lake, Michigan. We made sure our customers were always taken care of!

In 2016, we bought our first Florida home after vacationing for five winters in this beautiful State! Shortly after, we sold our last business in Michigan and made Florida our permanent home. We don't miss the snow and we enjoy our Florida lifestyle. There is so much to do in Florida; live music every night, boating the Intercoastal, beach walks, sunsets and so many friendly people to meet!  Of course, life has its ups and downs but there is something to be said for how Florida seems to prolong life for so many.  I love the energy and excitement for life down here on the gulf side and hope to share the warmth with you!
