Vince Guerrero

Colorado native Vince Guerrero is an Associate Broker partnering with EXIT Realty. As a life-long resident of Southern Colorado, making Pueblo his hometown, Vince has been fortunate to spend several years in the Colorado Springs and Canon City areas previously working in the field of Public Safety for the State of Colorado.

Within the ever changing and dynamic Southern Colorado real estate market, Vince has continued to build upon his intimate knowledge of the culture, offerings and housing opportunities that continue to evolve. It is Vince’s passion to leverage that unique knowledge of the area and the market to help his clients meet their real estate needs with the least amount of stress and maximum amount of satisfaction whether that is buying or selling.

Vince enjoys serving his community through participation in several diverse nonprofit organizations who’s primary missions are to provide direct services to seniors and youth. In his spare time Vince loves to take advantage of the great Colorado weather by biking, kayaking, golf, tennis and more recently Pickleball. For Vince there is nothing more important than “Family, Friends and Community.”
