A North Carolina native, born and raised in Mebane, and most recently residing in Raleigh, Carla brings a wealth of local knowledge and experience after having served in Residential New Construction at companies like Taylor Morrison, AV Homes, Savvy Homes, and Capitol City Homes for nearly a decade. She started out in the Design Center, helping clients choose their finishing touches on custom home designs, an area she loved and was passionate about, and eventually moved onto Purchasing and Estimating, learning all the details of contracts and construction timeframes. This was right in line with Carla?s career pursuit after having graduated from Meredith College in 2015 with B.S. Degree in Interior Design and Architecture. Most recently, Carla had the opportunity to work on luxury estate homes in Oahu, Hawaii for the last year where she learned extensive renovation experience and had one-on-one client relations with a myriad of an international customer base. Now Carla is excited about transitioning into Residential Resales, focusing her previous industry experience into helping clients in a more direct way.

In her spare time, you can either find Carla at Topsail Island with her husband and two kitties or on the volleyball court! She also enjoys traveling, painting and working on design projects around the house.
