Kelly Ipjian

Meet Kelly Ipjian, a highly motivated and energetic real estate professional with a passion for helping others achieve their dreams.  After 20 years excelling in the corporate world, Kelly decided to pivot her career and pursue her lifelong interest in real estate full-time.  Originally licensed in 2006, Kelly has thoroughly enjoyed now focusing entirely on her passion of providing her clients with the highest level of service and expertise.

With her keen eye for detail and deep understanding of the local market, Kelly is adept at finding properties that meet her clients' needs and negotiating the best possible terms on their behalf. She is dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest real estate trends and technology to ensure that her clients have access to the most advanced tools and resources.  From data-driven statistics to empathic communication, Kelly achieves at a high level on behalf of buyers, sellers and investors alike. She is also widely considered to be a mentor in the industry and gives back to the Realtor community by chairing the YPN (Young Professionals Network) for the North Shore-Barrington Association of Realtors (NSBAR).

A lifelong Chicagoland resident, Kelly grew up in Skokie and attended Evanston Township High School and University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC), graduating with a degree in Business Management.  Kelly is intimately familiar with the amazing amenities and quality of life offered by the North Shore, and is raising her family in Glenview, where she has resided the past 8 years.
