My name is Marianna Fleischman, and I am bringing my personal passion for Real Estate to a
professional level with Exit Realty Island Elite. Moving from Chicago, Illinois to Long Island, I have had
the opportunity to experience and truly appreciate the unique beauty Long Island has to offer since 1999.
Having spent over nine years helping pair clients with their perfect vehicle, I have decided to continue to
grow where my true passion lies: Helping clients find their perfect home, or making the sale of their
current home a smooth, rewarding and unforgettable experience. My first time-home buying experience
was life changing. I look forward to helping others? dreams come true by making what could be a
