Laura Fields

Hello there! I'm Laura L. Fields, and I'm thrilled to share a little bit about myself with you. Having lived in this vibrant area my whole life, I have developed a deep appreciation and love for our community. This connection drives my passion as a real estate agent/salesperson with EXIT Success Realty, where I wholeheartedly dedicate myself to helping people find the perfect space to call home.

Before diving into the world of real estate, I worked in the bio-pharmaceutical industry. My experience in that field solidified my desire to make a positive impact on people's lives. Whether it was through scientific advancements or now helping individuals and families with their real estate needs, my journey has always been about service and support. I am licensed in Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Virginia, specializing in both residential and commercial properties, as well as property management. I love the challenge of finding a place that perfectly matches my clients' needs, and I thrive on the excitement of matching people to their dream properties!

Beyond my professional life, I'm deeply committed to giving back to the community that has given me so much. I actively volunteer with organizations like St. Jude, and I'm passionate about supporting local animal shelters. Community involvement brings me joy and fulfillment, and I believe that every act of kindness can create ripples of positivity.

When I'm not busy helping clients or volunteering, you can often find me enjoying the great outdoors. I absolutely adore nature! Whether I'm relaxing at the beach, riding my bike along scenic trails, or simply spending quality time with my family and friends, I cherish these moments. They recharge my spirit and inspire me daily.

If you're looking for someone who is not only experienced and knowledgeable but also genuinely excited about helping you navigate the real estate market, I would be honored to assist you. Let's work together to turn your real estate dreams into reality!

A little something nice from my clients!

Cindy L from Florida says "Through the process of selling my home, Laura was on top of everything. She took care of everything, including the house being cleaned and the yard manicured before we had the professional pictures. With that said, her expertise on the area and my home, we were under contract in 2 weeks. Thanks to Laura it was a smooth process and a great experience!

Jess O from Pennsylvania says " Laura's professionalism is top notch! She is very knowledgeable about the area and made our transaction a breeze and stress free. I highly recommend Laura for all your real estate needs.

Adam H from Pennsylvania says “My set of criteria for a house was a lot more unique compared to other first-time buyers. I was looking for an investment property that I could add value to, but also be livable and fit my lifestyle so I could move in right away. Seems like a paradox, right? I needed a realtor that was very knowledgeable and clearly on my side. Laura was that and so much more. She was able to answer any questions I had and provide knowledge about things I had never even thought of, and even though it was a tough search, she was happy to show me as many houses as I needed to see. Overall, she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable throughout the entire process and I ended up with a home that is perfect for me and my situation, and for a great price too. I highly recommend anyone looking for a realtor look no further.”
