Allow me to introduce myself, I am Kerwyn "KJ" John. With a diverse background and a burning passion for real estate, I am embarking on a new chapter in my professional journey. Although I am new to the business, I have a strong belief in my ability to succeed and make a positive impact in the industry.

Throughout my career, I have gained valuable skills and experiences in various fields. I spent 25 years working for Verizon, where I excelled in customer service. Interacting with customers both inside and outside, I honed my ability to understand their needs and provide top-notch service.

Before my tenure at Verizon, I pursued my creative side as a music producer and manager. Working alongside talented artists, I played a pivotal role in shaping their careers and facilitating their success. Additionally, I explored my passion for photography, capturing precious moments and expressing my artistic vision. As a skilled barber, I had the privilege of connecting with clients on a personal level and enhancing their confidence through expert hairstyling.

When I'm not immersed in my professional endeavors, I find joy in various hobbies. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is crucial to me, so I prioritize working out as part of my daily routine. Photography continues to be a passion of mine, allowing me to capture the world's beauty through my lens. Fishing is a hobby I cherish, as it provides me with moments of tranquility and reflection. And whenever the opportunity arises, I embark on adventures and travel to new destinations, broadening my horizons and feeding my curiosity.

On the personal front, I am blessed with a loving family. I am happily married and have been blessed with two wonderful daughters. Recently, I became a proud grandfather, cherishing the joy and love that my granddaughter brings into our lives.

Originally from Philadelphia, I now call Smyrna home. I am excited to immerse myself in the local real estate market and apply my skills and passion to assist individuals and families in achieving their property goals. With three successful home flips and experience as a landlord, I am confident in my ability to navigate the industry and provide valuable insights and assistance to my clients.
