Born in Brooklyn, raised in Queens, and now living on Long Island, Rosanna Askenas is a first-generation
Italian who proudly embraces her heritage. She speaks fluent English and Italian and is a generous and
focused communicator who is passionate about community and helping others.
Raising her family on the Island, Rosanna knows a great deal of local vendors and businesses, having
worked with them often. Her previous job was at a Manhattan-based healthcare provider, which is
where she learned to hone her ability to understand and anticipate the needs of others.
“I have always loved helping those around me. It gives me great pleasure to say, as a real estate agent, I
still have the drive to change people’s lives.”
After receiving her NYS Realtor’s License, Rosanna joined EXIT Realty Island Elite because she knew it
was the right place; the staff and fellow agents at EXIT understand and support her fully. The Team
provides the incredible education and resources she needs as a professional, as well as a family spirit to
motivate her.

In her spare time, Rosanna loves to cook and bake. She also enjoys photography, music and is interested
in the holistic approach to healing.
