Gianna Schulz

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me. My name is Gianna Schulz and I have lived in the Brooklyn/Oregon area all of my life. It is a wonderful community and I am proud to be a part of it.

I have a passion for helping people like you buy or sell your property to allow you to get the most out of your life! After getting a degree in business management, I went another year to get my certificate in real estate sales. Ever since I got my real estate license in 2021, I have worked with many clients in Green, Dane and Rock county to achieve their real estate goals. I am honored to be a part of the EXIT Realty HGM family where we bring motivation and community together. 

As your agent, I am here to guide you through every step of the way of your real estate transaction. I make communication easy, and make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible for you.
