Kathleen, a dedicated realtor, brings her passion for the real estate industry to her hometown state of New Hampshire. Born and raised in the picturesque state, she currently resides in a charming community in Newfield Maine. With three grown children who have kept her on her toes, Kathleen understands the importance of balancing family and career.

Prior to her real estate career, Kathleen was a successful business owner in Ossipee, NH, where she honed her skills and gained extensive knowledge of the local market since 2011. This invaluable experience has laid a solid foundation for her current role at Exit Oceanside Realty, where she is thrilled to be working alongside Rick and Pam Coyne and their team of amazing Agents. 

Kathleen takes immense pride in assisting buyers, sellers, and investors in this remarkable state of New Hampshire and Maine. With a background as a licensed Occupational Therapist for the past 30 years, including 20 years in a local Maine school district, she brings a unique perspective to the table. Kathleen's educational journey at Plymouth State College, where she obtained a Bachelor's degree in Health Education and Community Health with a Minor in Business Management, further enhances her understanding of the real estate landscape.

Kathleen remains dedicated to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics in her practice.
