Hello, I’m Lamont Patterson, a proud San Antonio native serving clients across San Antonio, New Braunfels, Seguin, and Austin, including Bexar, Guadalupe, Comal, and Travis counties.

With over 15 years of leadership experience as an Area Manager at Goodwill Industries, I built my career on service, integrity, and helping people improve their lives. That same servant-leadership mindset now drives my real estate mission: to guide clients with clarity, honesty, and purpose as they buy, sell, or invest in property.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resource Management from Concordia University in Austin. My background in human resources, marketing, and operations allows me to bring strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a client-first approach to every transaction.
