Hi, I’m Kari!

As a member of EXIT REALTY ELITE, I assist buyers, sellers and renters in the Nashville and surrounding areas. Through my previous career in Occupational Therapy Home Health, I had the opportunity to travel across Middle Tennessee and familiarize myself with homes, specific areas and subdivisions therefore can provide an expert level of knowledge on certain areas in and around Nashville if looking to buy. I also manage Air BNB’s and can provide further information on investing in your own investment property!

In my spare time I love anything outdoors including: boating, deer hunting, riding ATV’s, or hiking to a waterfall! I also have a love interior decorating, including sprucing up our Air BNB's during the holidays to provide a warm, welcoming feeling! When not busy with the above hobbies, I try to find the time to catch a home Titans or Predators game!
