My name is David Tovar and I am a Full Time Real Estate Professional. As a local Realtor, I specialize in advising sellers and buyers with their real estate needs in Oxnard, California, including the surrounding communities of Port Hueneme, Ventura, Camarillo, Santa Paula, and Fillmore. It is a real privilege and honor to serve these coastal communities within the County of Ventura.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the American Intercontinental University in Los Angeles. I have over 11 years of Residential Real Estate business experience, with additional experience in diverse sectors including Marketing, Retail-Management, and Supply-Chain. I leverage this experience to the benefit of my clients by providing strategic Real Estate marketing platforms that result in positive, effective and profitable results. I pride myself in providing excellent results for families seeking assistance in Real Estate. My clients are my neighbors- they are Family!

I was born in Mexico and raised in the city of Oxnard. Growing up in Oxnard, I was always involved with extracurricular activities through school and church. I love the weather and the sense of community of this coastal city. I played all four years of Varsity Soccer for Channel Islands High School and graduated in 1997.  I love spending time with my family, especially with my 6 year old son. My hobbies include hiking, reading, traveling, and volunteering with various youth programs and organizations such as AYSO (American Youth Soccer Organization).
