Amy Pattison

I moved to Moncton, NB in 2008 after 14 years in the United States. I am proud to have seen the growth in the Greater Moncton Area over the past 15 years and am so excited that the community is continuing to expand!

 

I am eager to assist home buyers or sellers through their journey. Home buying or selling is often an emotional process for many clients, and I approach every conversation with sensitivity and patience while also guiding clients through the process with knowledge, determination, and confidence. As uncertain as this process can be, I want to help you feel confident in every decision and go through each step knowing that myself and Exit Realty are working diligently for you.

 

In 2013 I obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from Crandall University, and in 2019 earned a Diploma of Interior Design from the online Interior Design Institute. With 15+ years of customer service and 5+ years in hospitality, my entire career has provided opportunities to earn skills useful in real estate. I am logical, detail-oriented, and a great problem-solver. I believe that working hard, having integrity, and communicating well are absolutely vital in real estate. I use these skills to lead my clients to success in every transaction.

 

I am a bit of a homebody, so I understand how creating an environment at home that is comfortable, safe, and your style can be so important to your overall well-being. In my free time, I love to watch a good movie, go hiking and camping, and I always love a good book. I love working on the hospitality team at my church, and previously volunteered with youth and children’s ministries. My husband, Ben, and our Bernese Mountain Dog, Zeus, have lived in North-End Moncton for 10 years and have loved seeing our neighborhood grow! This is a great city, and its proximity to many of our province’s best attractions make it a great place to call home!
